The most valuable product of Sysman is Contact Pro, a CRM solution for Database Marketing, Telemarketing and Contact Management. 
Sysman has also developed Vision Desk, a web based application to manage every kind of Help Desk, Trouble Ticketing and Knowledge Management activities. Side by side with Vision Desk, Sysman offers also a high added value services for customers support, from installation to data entry, from the staff skilling to database definition, customizing the product/service for each company requirements.
